London doubles cycling investment and appoints Walking and Cycling Commissioner

London Mayor Sadiq Khan announced an annual spend of £154m on cycling over the next five years. The funding constitutes 5.5% of TfL’s budget, it is planned to deliver new Cycle Superhighways.

Will Norman has been appointed as the Walking and Cycling Commissioner by the Mayor, he was previously Global Partnerhsip Director at Nike.
