Programme Management
Carplus is experienced at managing programmes and has been a partner on the TfL Car Clubs Strategy delivery for several years.
It has recently received a grant for developing car clubs in urban and rural Scotland and will shortly be employing a Scotland development worker to augment the Carplus team.

Research
Carplus coordinates research into the car club sector, and has previously contributed to studies into car sharing and sustainable travel. The organisation also collates the national car club data as well as coordinating an annual survey of car clubs members and the publication of an annual report, which indicates the latest developments in the sector’s impact on car dependency.

Carplus compiles up to date best practice guidance, which covers a range of issues from setting up a car club or car sharing scheme, to S106 agreements, marketing and the TMO/TRO process. Our staff are also available to answer queries via telephone and email.
