Very positive results were gathered in survey of residents of Shipley, Bingley, Saltaire and Bradford City. Work is underway by WhizzGo, Bradford Council and other organisations to establish a city wide car club.
Carplus worked with Hull and Beverley Councils to measure potential for a car club to benefit the residents and businesses of East Yorkshire.
Work in N E Lincs included raising awareness across the district and a survey of town centre residents in Grimsby and Cleethorpes to establish levels of interest in a car club.

Carplus completed a major study that covered the majority of new developments, employers and potential residential users in the city. WhizzGo launched the club in September 2006.
Sheffield City Council was the first to employ a dedicated Car Club officer to work on the development of a major scheme to serve the city. They held events for developers, employers and residents in the city to find out about the car club. The club launched in early 2007.
